We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President for our Real Estate Fund Strategy & Asset Management team based in Yorkshire and the Humber. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving the performance of our real estate assets across various asset classes, contributing to our overall business growth strategy.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets within the Yorkshire and Humber region, ensuring optimal returns and long-term value creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic asset management plans for individual properties or portfolios.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the regional real estate landscape.
Manage relationships with property managers, tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maximize asset performance.
Work closely with the Finance team to monitor financial metrics, perform budgeting, and make informed decisions regarding capital expenditures and financing options.
Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial and residential real estate asset management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of the Yorkshire and Humber real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
