We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President for our Real Estate Fund Strategy & Asset Management team based in Yorkshire and the Humber. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving the performance of our real estate assets across various asset classes, contributing to our overall business growth strategy.

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets within the Yorkshire and Humber region, ensuring optimal returns and long-term value creation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic asset management plans for individual properties or portfolios.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the regional real estate landscape.

• Manage relationships with property managers, tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maximize asset performance.

• Work closely with the Finance team to monitor financial metrics, perform budgeting, and make informed decisions regarding capital expenditures and financing options.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commercial and residential real estate asset management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
