Account Manager | Job in Hertfordshire
Degree Qualification: A minimum of a 2:1 honors degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Sales and Account Management Experience: Proven experience in a sales or account management role is essential. This could be gained through internships, part-time jobs, or extracurricular activities during your studies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple accounts effectively and meeting deadlines.
Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and find effective solutions to complex problems is essential in this role.
Business Acumen: A good understanding of business principles, including marketing, sales, and customer service, is required.
IT Literacy: Proficiency in using common office software (MS Office), CRM systems, and email management tools is expected.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Drive for Results: A self-starter who is driven by results, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Previous Experience in East of England: While not essential, previous experience working in or knowledge of the East of England market will be advantageous.
